For most of my life, I have worked with people — supporting creative processes, facilitating groups, and creating spaces where individuals can reconnect with themselves and their potential. I began my professional journey in the performing arts as a performer and creative producer, working for more than 20 years in theatre and artistic projects across different countries. Through this work, I developed a deep understanding of the body, presence, collaboration, and the creative process. Alongside this experience, I have continued to deepen my understanding of how people learn, grow, and transform. My academic background includes a BA in Drama, a Master’s in Education and Community Development, an MBA in Arts and Cultural Management, and a Master’s in Conscious Coaching. Over time, my work naturally evolved toward supporting people more directly — accompanying them through moments of change, uncertainty, and personal transition. | My own life experiences have also shaped the way I work. Having lived and worked in different countries, I understand the challenges of adapting to new cultures, rebuilding a sense of home, and navigating life between places. I have also experienced a conscious separation and divorce myself, including co-parenting through the nesting approach. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how emotionally and practically complex life transitions can be, and allow me to accompany others through similar moments with empathy, clarity, and care. My coaching practice is grounded in the Inner Knowledge Management Method (IKM) developed by the IMI Institute, which focuses on helping people reconnect with their own inner guidance and capacity for conscious decision-making. At the heart of my work is the belief that when we pause, listen more deeply to ourselves, and reconnect with our inner guidance, clarity and new possibilities begin to emerge. |
If you are going through a moment of change and feel that this kind of support could be helpful, I invite you to get in touch or book a discovery call. It will be a space to explore what you need and whether working together feels right.
